OUR TEAMS
Gymnastics Teams
We offer both boys and girls competitive gymnastics teams. All of our teams are by promotion only. We compete in AAU Gymnastics and are members of the NEOGL (North East Ohio Gymnastics League). Our competitive season is from November through June, with many of our gymnasts competing in the AAU Nationals at the end of the season. Our gymnasts make a real commitment to the sport and practice year-round to be ready for the next competitive season! Members of our team range in age from 7 to 18 years old
XCEL BRONZE
School Year Practice Schedule
Monday: 6:00 – 8:00 pm
Wednesday : 4:00 – 6:00 pm
$149 per month
XCEL SILVER
School Year Practice Schedule:
Monday: 4:00 – 6:30 pm
Wednesday: 6:00 – 8:30 am
$162 per month
OPTIONALS
Golds & Up:
Tuesday: 4:00 – 7:00 pm
Thursday: 5:00 – 8:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 – 11:00 am

Monday: 5:00 – 7:30 pm (Level 4 & Up)
Wednesday: 4:45 – 6:15 am (Level 3 Boys – pick one day)
Saturday: 8:00 – 10:30 am (Level 4 & Up)
Saturday: 11:00 – 12:30 am (Level 3 Boys – pick one day )
