  1. Does my child have to be potty trained?

    A: If they are a teenager, yes.

  2. Do you allow a child to make-up a missed class?

    A: Yes. As long as your child is enrolled in a class, you have up to 6 months to make arrangements to make-up a missed class.

  3. Can my child come in and a try it for one class to see if they like it?

    A: We recommend your child tries it for one month. Most children cannot get a genuine feel for what the classes are like in just one night. Especially the younger ones.

  4. When does the next session start?

    A: There are no set sessions at The Chalk Box. Your child can start at anytime. Our staff takes into consideration that not every child may be at the same skill level.

  5. Do you close when schools are closed? (snow days, breaks, holidays)

    A: The Chalk Box does not follow the schools schedule. We do run a different schedule in the summer months than we do during the school year. Normally during breaks, we switch to “Holiday Gym” schedules, which are open to anyone who is CURRENTLY enrolled in class or on a team. These schedules are posted well in advance at the gym, on our Facebook page, or here on our home page. In the event of weather issues, check our Facebook page or call the gym.

  6. Do you take credit/debit cards?

    A: No. Only check or cash.
