8:00 – 9:00 a.m. – Combined
9:35 – 10:20 a.m. – Boot Camp
5:30 – 6:30 p.m. – Combined

Tuesday
5:20 – 6:00 am – Boot Camp
7:00 – 7:45 a.m. – Boot Camp
9:00 – 10:00 a.m. – Combined
5:30 – 6:30 p.m. – Zumba
6:30 – 7:30 p.m. – Kick Fit

Wednesday
8:30 – 9:30 a.m. – Combined
9:00 – 10:00 a.m. – Stability Ball
5:30 – 6:30 p.m. – Combined

Thursday
5:20 – 6:00 am – Boot Camp
7:00 – 7:45 a.m. – Boot Camp
9:00 – 10:00 a.m. – Combined
5:30 – 6:30 p.m. – Zumba
6:30 – 7:30 p.m. – Kick Fit

Friday
8:30 – 9:30 a.m. – Strength & Tone

Saturday
The “Challenge” Class

8:30 -10:00 a.m.
1/2 hour toning with 1 hour cardio
